Tanner Springs Wide Angled Wall (via ken mccown) A view of the water and the wall at Tanner Springs park in the Pearl District in Portland, OR. This design is by Greenworks, and I believe Herbert Dreiseitl….I can’t remember the artist’s name who helped to work on this wall. The park restores an area of a natural spring, and recalls the cultural and physical history of the site by reusing rails from the old railroad. The rails splay along a retaining wall.
